For more than twenty years I've worked with emotions and energy, helping people release stress, difficult feelings, blocks and beliefs that hold them back.
I came to EFT as a client. What I experienced changed my life so much that I went deeper into the method and began teaching it. I trained with respected EFT teachers in England, where for years I also ran courses at the EFT and Mindfulness Centre.
Since 2023 I've run the EFT Academy. Behind me are thousands of one-to-one sessions, dozens of workshops and 21 cohorts of EFT Level 1. My greatest joy is watching graduates build practices that feel true to them.
